In February, Levin Management Corp. secured a tenant for a 30,000-square-foot speculative warehouse under development at Rutgers Industrial Center.
Now, the Plainfield firm is at work on a 78,000-square-foot building at the Piscataway campus. LMC announced the launch of construction on the new effort March 16.
Located at 30 Duke Road, delivery of the Class A facility is expected in the fourth quarter. The firm is the asset manager for the seven-building park, which measures approximately 650,000 square feet.
