The sale of a 49,172-square-foot flex/industrial asset in Somerset was orchestrated by Cushman & Wakefield, according to a Wednesday announcement. Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
