No. 5 Rumson-Fair Haven wins 10th-straight, rolls into South, Group 1 final

Rumson-Fair Haven has been a powerhouse in South, Group 2 dating back over 10 years, and the Bulldogs have the hardware to prove it.
Since 2012, Rumson-Fair Haven has advanced to 10 sectional finals, won six sectional titles and brought home four state championships. Last year though, the Bulldogs lost in the sectional semifinals to eventual Group 1 champion Glen Ridge, which put an end to their run of sectional final appearances.
That is something that has fueled Rumson-Fair Haven this season, and on Friday afternoon the top-seeded Bulldogs, ranked No. 5 in the NJ.com Top 20, made it to their 11th sectional final since 2012 with an 18-7 victory over fourth-seeded Shore in South, Group 2.
