‘Pops on Independence’ ends early – NBC10 Philadelphia

On the penultimate day of the Wawa Welcome America festivities, the iconic Pops made their return with their newly appointed musical director as well as a special appearance from singer-songwriter Ben Folds. Unfortunately, the event had to end early because of rain.
