The Brick Memorial High School student was charged with making terroristic threats and suspended
A 15-year-old student at Brick Memorial High School was arrested Tuesday after threatening to hurt others, authorities said.
Other students told a faculty member about the threats at 10:40 a.m. and officers came to the school on Lanes Mill Road to arrest the boy, according to a statement from Brick police.
The teenager was charged with making terroristic threats and suspended from school. Students and staff were never in danger, police said.
Police didn’t immediately reply to a message from NJ Advance Media seeking additional information.
