Schuylkill County man charged with recording sexual abuse of infant

HARRISBURG, PA — Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced charges against a 19-year-old Schuylkill County man accused of sexually abusing a 9-month-old child and recording the act on his cellphone.
Jalvi DeJesus Nunez, of Shenandoah, was arrested Thursday and charged with multiple offenses, including sexual abuse of children, possession of sexual abuse material, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and indecent assault. His bail was set at $100,000.
The investigation began earlier this month when Shenandoah Police received reports from two witnesses who said they had seen a video showing Nunez engaged in lewd acts with an infant.
