A building that once housed the strip club Old Delilah’s Den is up for auction, offering developers a chance to bring a fresh look to a spot visible to millions of tourists every year in Atlantic City.
The vacant property sits across from Boardwalk Hall in the center of the city’s tourist district.
The New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority bought the property four years ago for $1.25 million, and is now hoping to sell it at auction this week, with bidding starting at $150,000.
“It’s a really unique location with a with a very attractive, aggressive auction,” said Michael Chait of the CRDA.
The building currently still has remnants of the old strip club on the first and second floors, with unfinished apartments on the third level.
