Brick Township woman pleads guilty to robbery and burglary – Star News Group

TOMS RIVER — Jessica Napolitano, 37, of Brick Township, pled guilty to robbery and burglary in connection with events that occurred in Berkeley Township in the early morning hours of Oct. 15, 2024, according to a release by Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.

At the time of her sentencing on Sept. 26, the state will be seeking a term of seven years in New Jersey State Prison (NJSP) as to the robbery charge and three years in NJSP as to the burglary charge.

The robbery charge would be subject to the terms of the No Early Release Act. The terms are set to run concurrently.

On Oct. 15, 2024, at approximately 4:20 a.m., officers from the Berkeley Township Police Department responded to The Corner Store on Ocean Gate Drive for a report of a robbery.
