TOMS RIVER, NJ – He was probably hoping this didn’t get out before election day, but one New Jersey candidate for governor has been caught on camera calling for higher tolls at the Jersey Shore, massive increases to beach badge fees, and insurance premium hikes for the unvaccinated.
