David Crosson of Wall Township was 96 years old but still young at heart when he passed away on June 18, 2025. His kindness, generosity and welcoming smile will be dearly missed by his family and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Dave grew up in Maplewood, NJ. Summers were often spent at his grandparents’ rural homestead, Woods Edge, and at the Jersey Shore. He attended Columbia from 1947-1951, graduating with a B.A. degree. After graduation, Dave served in the U.S. Army as a Special Agent with the Counter Intelligence Corps in Germany. He traveled throughout Europe and served with honor until 1953.
Dave then joined the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company as a field representative in Albany, NY. In 1955 he met the love of his life, Barbara. They married in 1956 and moved…
