MANASQUAN — This year’s annual Fourth of July firework celebration, held on July 3, is being held at Sea Watch beach.

According to the Manasquan Tourism Commission, the celebratory Independence Day firework show is moving a few beaches to the north at Sea Watch due to beach erosion at Brielle Road beach. The firework show will begin following the conclusion of the 10 String Band’s performance at Main Beach.

The Manasquan Tourism Commission is also hosting a bicycle and golf cart decorating contest that begins at 5:15 at the little league field and includes a parade down 1st Avenue, beginning at the Manasquan Coast Guard Station at 6:30p.m.

Fireworks are estimated to begin at approximately 9 p.m..
