N.J. man found dead in Tesla pulled from lake in Pennsylvania

A 33-year-old man from Princeton was found dead after his Tesla was discovered submerged last week in a lake in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, authorities said Wednesday.

The body of Wen H. Chen was recovered about 6 p.m. July 3 from a vehicle that had sunk in Lake Luxembourg at Core Creek Park in Middletown Township, officials said.

Security cameras from nearby businesses captured the vehicle driving toward the lake earlier in the day, according to Bucks County Deputy Coroner Scott Croop.

“From what we understand, there was video of him on that day going toward the lake,” Croop said.

Investigators also recovered footage from the Tesla’s multiple cameras, which Croop noted “record everything.”

Croop would not say if the death was a suicide or accident, noting that the investigation…
